• Superfabric® Abrasion Resistant Panel The Nomad Ray features a full-length abrasion-resistant “skid plate” made of Superfabric®, a material known for its quick-drying, durable, and slash-resistant properties. This skid plate offers essential wear protection in challenging diving conditions. 
• Bungees and Belly Band The Nomad Ray utilizes a convenient tool-less bungee length adjustment system for quick and easy customization. The integrated belly band, along with custom-molded bungee hooks, ensures a secure fit around the diver’s body, enhancing comfort and stability.
• Rapid Adjustment With its independently adjustable harness design, the Nomad Ray can be swiftly configured to suit divers of all body types. The shoulder and waist webbing can be easily replaced individually if needed, allowing for hassle-free maintenance.
• Versatility Designed to accommodate various diving scenarios, the Nomad Ray is suitable for use with aluminum or steel tanks in both warm and cold water environments. Whether for entry-level sidemount dives or advanced technical exploration, this system’s 42lb lift capacity provides ample buoyancy for heavy tanks and additional equipment.
• Optimized Hardware – The Nomad Ray features custom-designed stainless steel hardware components, including waist transition plates, drop-down D-rings, sliding D-rings, a dog bone crotch strap double D-ring, and bungee retention slides.
• Integrated Internal Weight Pockets Equipped with three integrated weight pockets accessible via a zipper on the wing’s interior, the Nomad Ray can hold up to 5 pounds of hard or soft weight in each pocket. This design ensures a streamlined profile while allowing for quick adjustments to achieve optimal weight distribution.
• Inflation and OPVs The Nomad Ray includes a 16″ corrugated inflation hose that offers versatile mounting options for easy access to the inflator. The system also features two pull dump/overpressure valves (OPVs) strategically positioned for efficient buoyancy control and quick gas release during dives.
