Yes. Salt and Sea Scuba is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center (IDC) with 27 PADI instructors on staff, training everyone from first-time divers through PADI professionals. We are also a Divers Alert Network (DAN) business member and a DEMA member.
Yes. We have a 12-foot-deep indoor heated pool at the shop, used for course training, refresher sessions, ReActivate classes, Discover Scuba experiences, gear testing and hourly pool rentals.
Our team includes PADI Course Directors, Master Instructors and Master Scuba Diver Trainers with more than 60 years of combined experience. One of our instructors has dived on projects for National Geographic.
Yes. Customers can bring in their own regulators, BCDs and accessories for servicing by our in-house technicians. Contact the shop for turnaround times and pricing.
Yes. We offer air and nitrox (enriched air) fills at the shop.
Yes. We rent full gear sets including BCDs, regulators, computers, gauges, 5 mm and 7 mm wetsuits and aluminum cylinders, with children's sizes available. Every item is cleaned and inspected before it goes out, and our rental fleet is replaced every two years.
