The Apeks XTX40 Second Stage features a pneumatically-balanced design for smooth breathing. The purge buttons are easy to operate with a 2-stage progressive purge system. The venturi lever has a soft touch grip for easy use and reduced grit ingress. The control knob allows for easy adjustment of opening effort. This second stage is designed with active protection against infections and includes a silicone exhaust valve for improved performance. The Comfo-bite™ mouthpiece reduces jaw fatigue, while the patented heat exchanger helps regulate water temperature.
