Description
The Dive Rite XT4 is a top-of-the-line adjustable and pneumatically balanced 2nd stage regulator. Delivering exceptional performance with minimal breathing effort in a compact design, the XT4 is the perfect companion for your most challenging dives.
Compared to its predecessor, the XT2, the XT4 is more compact with a streamlined exhaust T, making it ideal for technical divers.
Protected by a durable cast aluminum exoskeleton, the front rubber cover of the XT4 ensures longevity and a sleek appearance. The sandblasted and hard coat anodized finish provides superior abrasion resistance. Featuring a metal adjustment knob, logo badge, and finned heat exchanger, the XT4 is both lightweight for travel at 9.4 oz (266 g) and sturdy in hand.
The XT4 boasts a user-adjustable secondary micro spring adjustment at the end of the main knob, allowing for precise tuning of the cracking pressure without disassembling the regulator. This feature is beneficial for divers who prefer a higher cracking pressure or need minor adjustments as the seat breaks in.
The finned heat exchanger enhances cold-water performance by preventing internal components from freezing, ensuring the regulator functions properly even in low temperatures. Additionally, the updated low pressure seat design requires less frequent adjustments, and the regulator can be configured for left or right-handed hose routing.
Operating on industry-standard oxygen-compatible materials and assembly processes, the XT4 is suitable for use with oxygen-enriched gas mixtures.*
