The internal design of the regulator allows for direct airflow through the 1st stage, reducing turbulence and enhancing performance.

Featuring a conical precision high-pressure valve, the Onyx II offers improved reliability, service life, responsiveness, and performance across all breathing rates compared to traditional designs. The braided LP hose ensures high flow, excellent abrasion resistance, and flexibility. Additionally, the compact exhaust tee, advanced black satin chrome finish, and lightweight construction give the Onyx II a visually striking appearance.

Enhanced cold water performance is achieved with an anodized aluminum heat sink on the 2nd stage and an external diaphragm on the 1st stage. The Onyx II regulator is factory equipped for use with EAN/NITROX up to 40% O2 and is available in Yoke and DIN styles.
