We have eliminated any ‘dead zones’ that can trap air, create drag, or impact buoyancy. Easy access to valves is ensured with a thoughtfully crafted top wing design. Maintaining a flat and precise trim in this wing is effortless, whether you are a novice technical diver or an experienced one seeking the best possible system for security and comfort.

Precision Trim and Stability for Discerning Divers

Mastering good trim and stability in the water is often the most challenging skill for new technical divers. Experienced divers want their equipment to enhance their experience, not hinder it. The HYDROS was specifically designed so that the wing’s buoyancy perfectly aligns with the gas’ center of gravity in your twinset.

Regardless of wing inflation or remaining cylinder pressure, the system’s trim remains constant throughout the dive.

Efficient Valve Shutdowns for Swift Response

The last thing you need during valve shutdowns is a wing flap hindering your response time. By reducing the wing’s volume around the valve area and hose routing section, shutdowns and valve management have been optimized.

You can easily configure a neat hose routing layout, keeping your valves unobstructed and easily accessible.

Streamlined Design for Reduced Drag without Sacrificing Buoyancy

The HYDROS features smaller contour wings for less drag and reduced entanglement risk. Unlike traditional twinset BCD designs where decreasing wing contour means losing buoyancy, the HYDROS maintains buoyancy by minimizing the dead zone in the bladder’s central portion.

By thinking outside the box, we have achieved a more streamlined wing design without compromising buoyancy.

Surface Comfort and Stability
