Can the bestseller be improved? This was the challenge for our Research & Development Department after the success of our D7X suits. We listened to feedback from the market, considered our own experiences, and the result is the new flagship of the D7 family, the D7 Evo. The D7 Evo introduces our innovative soft wrist ring system, FLEXLOCK, a smart, sleek, soft, and secure interchangeable silicone seal system.

The FLEXLOCK seamlessly integrates into the suit’s arm. Made from transparent TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), it’s lightweight with a visual confirmation window for proper seal placement, ensuring you stay dry. Additionally, the new D7 Evo features a flexible and soft YKK Aquaseal Plastic dry zipper for easier donning and doffing. We continue to use the reliable Nylotech material with added Kevlar reinforcement in the seat and elbows. There’s an extra zippered pocket in the lid for dive tables, checklists, and more. The suit includes the SI TECH Quick Neck System, SI TECH valves, and a new TPU roll-top dry bag.
