1. Neoprene Core: The Neoprene Core is the foundation of every wetsuit. Henderson uses a unique neoprene formula exclusively developed for their products. This formula combines low modulus with superior memory in a microcell structure, ensuring each TherMAXX Wetsuit maintains its thickness, warmth, and comfort over years of use.
2. Exterior Fabric Laminate: The advanced synthetic nylon/spandex blend exterior laminate supports the internal neoprene core, providing optimal stretch. TherMAXX offers 250% stretch, striking a perfect balance between comfort and flexibility. Additionally, the exterior laminate resists pilling and abrasion, making it more durable than other wetsuit laminates.
3. Titanium Laminate Layer: Through a special process, Titanium powder is combined with an ultra stretch adhesive material to create a thermal barrier between the nylon fabric laminate and the neoprene core.
