The Dive Rite GX40 Canister Light combines the powerful and compact light head from the FX40 Handheld Primary Light with a new latchless battery canister design. With a remarkable 2400 lumen output and a focused 4 degree beam, the GX40 offers up to 3X the burn time of the handheld version. The small light head virtually disappears while in use, and the head mounted piezo button ensures effortless operation without any moving parts. Constructed from CNC-machined acetal and aluminum with a durable type III anodized finish, the GX40 is rated for depths of up to 500 feet (152 meters).
The latchless canister features a bayonet-style locking ring system for easy access. To open the lid for charging, simply depress the locking pin, rotate the ring 30 degrees, and remove the lid. The GX40 comes with a choice of two battery canister sizes, each available with a straight or 70 degree angled cord lid. Included with the light are a soft elastic hand mount plate with QRM mounting system, battery charger, and a padded carrying bag. Proudly manufactured in the USA.
