At Atomic, the focus is on the metals. The 316 Stainless Steel used in the ST1 combines the strength of brass with the durability of Titanium. It provides almost the same level of corrosion resistance as Titanium but at a more affordable price. Stainless Steel has been hailed as the environmentally friendly metal of the future due to its strength, corrosion resistance, and recyclability. The Atomic ST1 is engineered to breathe smoothly below the surface while helping maintain air quality above.

TITANIUM SECOND STAGE COMPONENTS

The first stage boasts a beautiful, bright machine finish that will last a lifetime, while the ST1 is corrosion-resistant both internally and externally. Utilizing the same Titanium components as the T3 in the second stage, the ST1 provides easy breathing with the patented TitaniumSeat Saving Dynamic Orifice and a balanced poppet, case, and lever design. The ST1 is compatible with Nitrox up to 40%.

INNOVATIVE STAINLESS STEEL COMFORT SWIVEL

The ST1’s second stage features the same innovative Atomic features as the T3, including the patented AFC Automatic Flow Control with Rapid Adjustment Knob. A Stainless Steel Comfort Swivel hose enables a 30°range of motion without any pulling or binding. (US Patent No. 7,188,869)
