Description

THE BC. REDEFINED.

DURABLE. STUNNING. EXCEPTIONAL.

We aimed for a top-notch BC, so we crafted the BC1. The BC1 revolutionizes traditional BC design. Every aspect was reevaluated. Every material and component was reconsidered. The BC1 stands as the STRONGEST BC globally. Ideal for divers seeking excellence. Like all new Atomic Aquatics products, the BC1 is crafted to redefine and dominate its field.

Kindly Note: Inflator assembly sold separately

BC MATERIALS. REIMAGINED.

The BC1 is tailored for the harshest marine settings. Crafting the toughest BC worldwide demands special materials. The BC1 is fashioned using exclusive engineering grade plastics, polyurethane-coated fabric, and corrosion-resistant metals. The eye-catching double-laminated/coated BC1 fabric repels water like a raincoat – a DRY BC. This sturdy fabric can withstand nearly double the pressure of standard BC materials. It is essentially impermeable and stands up against abrasion, tears, and punctures. Self-cleaning, UV and stain-resistant, it also fights off chemicals, mold, rot, and mildew.

THE WEIGHT SYSTEM. REINVENTED.

The patented EZ-LOK Weight Release System is the most user-friendly weight system ever created. Easily and quickly load weights while in or out of the water. Two zippered pouches can each accommodate up to 10 pounds of hard or soft weights. The weight pouches smoothly slide into the weight pockets under the arms and securely lock into place with a reassuring “SNAP.” Releasing is as simple as a one-handed pull on the handle. Weight pouch is anchored at the BC back to prevent shifting forward. (US Patent No. 9,296,451)

THE TANK BAND. REENGINEERED.

Another Atomic exclusive, the Ratcheting CAM-LOK Tank Band is incredibly easy to use and firmly secures your tank. No more struggling with threading nylon webbing into a buckle. Similar to bindings on ski boots and snowboards, the ratcheting band swiftly adjusts to fit various tank sizes. The over-center buckle securely locks everything in place. Just push the molded belt teeth beyond the ratchet and lock it down with minimal effort. Specially formulated, high-strength polyurethane-coated polyester webbing won’t slip, stretch, or absorb water.
