The RK3 HD fin is the newest addition to the RK3 series. Crafted from a higher density (HD) material compared to the standard RK3, this fin is stiffer and negatively buoyant, perfect for drysuit diving. We opted not to assign a shoe size range to the RK3 fin as this can be misleading. The type of environment where the RK3 is utilized typically determines the appropriate fin size. For instance, do you dive in warmer conditions with wetsuit boots or do you navigate across rocky beaches with a drysuit and rigid dry boots? Both footwear options may be a UK size 9, yet they occupy varying amounts of space in the fin foot pocket.

– Short wide blade delivers maximum forward propulsion while maintaining excellent maneuverability.

– Vented blade design minimizes resistance on the upstroke and enhances thrust on the downstroke.

– Vents prevent vortexes along the back of the blade, similar to the effect of split fins.

– Blade material is built to withstand harsh environments, temperatures, and wear and tear.

– Two large grommet holes accommodate most carabiners for convenient fin storage while on the dive site.

– Includes spring straps as a standard feature.

– Custom buckle design keeps spring straps securely in place.

– Easy push pin mechanism allows straightforward replacement of springs if needed.
