BLACK ARTIC WING:

The Black Artic Wing is specially designed to conquer the most extreme cold water environments, offering 45 pounds of lift. Tailored for thick wetsuits or drysuits with heavy insulation, the Artic effortlessly handles the additional lead weight needed, ensuring stability and safety even in icy waters. Whether you’re exploring frigid regions or require more lift capacity, the Artic Wing is the perfect solution.Featuring an innovative 3D contoured design, these wings provide precise lift placement for improved trim underwater and optimal surface flotation. Constructed from durable 1680 ballistic nylon material with SuperFabric® brand technology side panels for enhanced protection and abrasion resistance. Available with rapid exhaust or elbow in 12, 16, or 22 inch lengths. This versatile wing pairs seamlessly with the TransPac, TransPlate, or any metal backplate and harness. TRANSPLATE HARNESS:

The TransPlate harness is a versatile hybrid design that provides the support of a backpack-style harness for optimal weight-load distribution while allowing the use of a hard metal backplate. Modeled after a mountaineer’s backpack, this harness evenly distributes weight across the hips and back, reducing strain on the shoulders. When paired with a 6-pound steel backplate, divers can eliminate or reduce weight pockets. Adjustable straps accommodate various exposure suits for easy dressing and undressing. Its modular structure allows for customization with a range of pockets and accessories. Available in sizes Medium through XXL. Crafted in the USA.

STAINLESS STEEL XT & XT LITE BACKPLATES:

All Dive Rite backplates undergo precise laser cutting and manual finishing to ensure smooth edges that won’t damage harness or accessory webbing. The XT backplate is made from 11 gauge, low carbon 316L grade stainless steel known for its rust resistance. Weighing 6.5 lbs (2.9kg), stainless steel plates are favored by divers seeking balanced ballast weight distribution. The XT Lite backplate is an updated version of the original Dive Rite backplates from 1984. Crafted from lightweight 14 gauge low carbon 316L stainless steel, its ergonomic shape contours the diver’s back while rounded corners prevent discomfort or damage to exposure suits. Ideal for female divers or those with shorter torsos, the short backplate is 1.5 inches shorter than the standard size and weighs only 2.5 pounds, making it perfect for travel or reducing weight load.
