Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Store has an excellent selection of scuba gear including wet suits, regulators, dive computers, fins, lights, and other accessories. They will order your size if they don’t have it in the store. Great service by the staff. Staff is very knowledgeable about gear and certification choices. Good instructors. Great dive trips available as well. Pool on site is a plus for trying out gear or getting certified. Recommend highly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tim Legler is the most amazing instructor. He certified our 10-year-old daughter and was so incredibly patient, kind, and made the whole experience so much fun. The dive shop, indoor heated pool, and gear is all top notch. All the employees were so helpful and seem to genuinely care. They clearly have the highest regard for safety. We can’t recommend this shop highly enough. Of all the choices in Arizona, this one is worth traveling to.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been thinking about getting my Open Water Scuba Certification for a long time, but honestly it was a little intimidating and I didn’t know where to start. Lucky for me I have friend in Tom Horn who owns Salt & Sea Scuba and he helped get me started. Once I had completed the online learning it was time to do my pool dives and then the open water dives at Lake Pleasant. That’s where I was introduced to Danny George and Travis (sorry Travis I didn’t get your last name) who were our instructors. I simply can’t say enough about Danny and Travis, they are great instructors, great scuba divers, knowledgeable, and just great guys! So here’s my advice, if you’ve ever wondered about getting your open water certification, go to Salt & Sea Scuba and get certified…, you’ll have a blast, learn a lot, and gain a great new hobby. My only regret, I wish I’d done it sooner!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have always wanted to learn how to Scuba dive and only just recently had the time and motivation to go for my certification. I am very glad I decided to pursue my Open Water certification at Salt and Sea Scuba. From the intake, self-study, closed then the open water training, the process was superb. All the instructors (Tom, Danny and Travis) were professional, patient and made sure that we understood each part of the certification process and the importance of safety and following the correct protocol. Though underwater visibility was challenging at Lake Pleasant, it is a testament to the instructors being able to instill the skills required for certification despite the conditions. I am looking forward to exploring the underwater world certification opens. I highly recommend Salt and Sea Scuba for your diving needs!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Full service scuba shop in the middle of the desert. It was a little unexpected, because who would have expected a scuba shop in Phoenix. They have a full range of training classes, a variety of instructors, all the equipment you need. They also service your stuff if you need them to be. Nice people always have time to answer your questions, or if you need help they are patient enough to give you suggestions, or even go do the research on your behalf. My 12 year old daughter, and myself just got PADI Open Water diver certified. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great place to go for your scuba gear! I bought a new mask today. Tom gave me the VIP service and cleaned my mask to prevent a fight with my husband later (only kidding).
