Atomic Aquatics SV2 Snorkel The SV2 Snorkel features a conical flared top with a flex lower section for maximum airflow. Easily clear any water below the mouthpiece with a small burst of exhaled air. The internal tube airway stays dry even if water enters the top. Also available with a contour lower section.

Contour Snorkel The SV1 is designed for high performance with a conical flared top to deliver maximum airflow. Any water trapped below the mouthpiece is easily cleared with a small burst of exhaled air, keeping the internal tube airway dry. SV1 is the optimal choice for calm waters or rough swimming conditions.

More and more divers were choosing to enter the water without a snorkel because of its size, unwieldiness, and poor performance. Yet, using a snorkel during a dive can help save precious air while waiting to descend. A dependable, high-performance snorkel is a valuable dive tool in numerous situations. The new Atomic Aquatics SV Series truly redefines how a snorkel works and helps divers extend their adventure.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF THE SV SERIES HIGH PERFORMANCE SNORKELS

The Scupper Valve (SV) design is self-draining and offers effortless clearing. Posi-lock flex retainer secures the flex section and mouthpiece. Dual silicone mouthpiece prevents over-clenching of teeth, ensuring proper airflow. Rotational mouthpiece with ratchet indicators. SV1 has a conical flared top for high performance breathing. SV2 Semi-dry top limits splashed water from entering the breathing tube.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE DESIGN WITH CONICAL FLARED TOP

Each snorkel model in the SV Series includes the Scupper Valve on the bottom mouthpiece section. Divers have a choice of tops to suit their needs. The SV1 design features a conical flared top for maximum airflow, ideal for calm waters or strong swimming conditions. Even if water enters the top, the internal tube airway stays dry. Clear any water below the mouthpiece with a small burst of exhaled air. The flexible lower section drops the mouthpiece out of the way when not in use.

SV SERIES — HOW THEY WORK

Similar to a one-way Scupper Valve on a boat, the lower section of both the SV1 and SV2 enable easy water expulsion. Any water entering the top of the snorkel bypasses the mouthpiece and exits out the purge valve. If water enters the internal tube, a small one-way Scupper flap valve allows water to flow past the mouthpiece and out the purge valve without collecting at the bottom. Exhale a burst of air to clear any water below the mouthpiece, keeping the internal tube airway dry. A simple and effective design with a pending patent!
