Dive Rite – Rec Series 45LB Wing XT/EXP Series
Price range: $418.00 through $500.00

Description
A versatile wing, the Dive Rite Rec Series 45LB Wing XT/EXP Series is suitable for single or double tanks, making it a popular choice among divers. The Gusset Control System ensures the wing stays close to the body when diving with single tanks, preventing the “taco” effect that can disrupt buoyancy control. This series offers 45lbs/20.4 kg of lift and can support two 85ft3/12 L back mounted cylinders.
Divers can opt for the durable 1680 ballistic nylon EXP material or the rugged SuperFabric® XT material, which provides added protection against pinches and cuts. Both the Rec EXP (Model BC 4300) and Rec XT (Model 5300) feature a heavy-duty 210 denier nylon laminated bladder.
Designed as part of the modular BCD system, this wing can be paired with a TransPac® XT, Transplate, or any metal backplate and webbing harness.

- Model BC5300 has an outer bag made of SuperFabric brand technology outer shell and 1680 ballistic nylon diver’s side panel for added durability.
- The inner bladder is constructed from a robust 210 denier nylon laminated bladder, highly resistant to punctures and pinches.
- Urethane flanges are welded in place for easy switching of corrugated hoses and over pressurization valves without the need for tools.
- Equipped with a choice of a 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), 16-inch or 12-inch elbow, and 15-inch, 22-inch, or 27-inch low-pressure inflation hose.
- Two sets of two marine-grade 316 stainless steel grommet mounting holes allow for secure attachment to a harness, double tanks, and setting diver trim.
- Approximate dimensions when uninflated: 24-in H x 23-in W (60.9cm x 58.4cm)
- Weighs 3.12 lbs (1.41kg)
Tips
- For transport, it is recommended to remove metal backplates from the wing to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Avoid carrying a metal plate stuffed into a dive bag along with the wing and other soft goods.
