Technical Details

• Shoulder pads made of durable 1000 denier ballistic nylon fabric for enhanced tear and abrasion resistance. The shoulder straps and waist strap are constructed from two-inch (50mm) nylon webbing with a 7,000 lbs breaking strength.
• Each shoulder strap features four slightly curved 2-inch D-rings for improved accessibility and adjustable placement. Note: Size Medium includes only one 2-inch D-ring per shoulder strap due to space constraints.
• Utilizes Marine Grade 316 stainless steel hardware, including bent D-rings on the shoulder straps (except for Medium size with only 1 bent D-ring per shoulder), waist D-rings, XT chest plates, belt buckle, cam strap buckles, and side plates.
• Pivot rings at chest level on the shoulder straps ensure comfort, proper fit, and even weight distribution.
• Easy-to-use acetyl resin engineered plastic quick release buckles on the shoulders for convenient doffing and donning.
• The chest strap is secured with one-inch nylon webbing with a 2,200 lbs breaking strength and a Delrin 1-inch quick release buckle.
• Adjustable marine grade stainless steel base plates allow for optimal positioning of the shoulder straps. These plates can be shifted along the waist strap to achieve the best fit and performance.
