Description

The Rapid Mount System (RMS) is a mounting system specially designed to quickly attach your light to various surfaces such as a handmount, helmet, scooter, or any other receiver-compatible spot. The RMS ensures smooth, hassle-free operation with minimal moving components. Instead of a spring, the RMS utilizes two durable EPDM o-rings for tension, which are easy to swap out and resistant to rust. Comprising of two essential parts – the striker and receiver – the striker attaches to the light while the receiver serves as the base. A secure locking mechanism on the receiver ensures the light stays in place once attached.

The Dive Rite Lights Complete RMS (LT6130-QRM) comprises of the RMS Receiver Assembly (LT6131-RC) and the Striker for Dive Rite Lights (LT6132-DR). These components are also available for individual purchase.

The Striker for Dive Rite Lights (LT6132-DR) is compatible with all canister and handheld lights dating back to 2003 that feature two mounting holes for handmounts. It is also suitable for use with the BX2 Handheld Light.

The RMS Receiver Assembly comes with two mounting options included. You’ll receive two stainless 6-32 x 5/8 Phillips screws for attaching the receiver to existing Dive Rite handmounts, as well as two each of stainless 6-32 x 9/16 Phillips screws and 6-32 lock nuts for mounting the receiver in any desired location.
