Travel Wing:

Made of durable 1680 ballistic nylon material with SuperFabric® brand technology side panels for enhanced protection and resistance to abrasion. Available in rapid exhaust or elbow options in lengths of 12, 16, or 22 inches. This modular wing pairs seamlessly with the TransPlate.

TransPlate Harness:

A hybrid harness designed for divers seeking the support of a backpack-style harness for better weight distribution, while preferring a hard metal backplate for diving. Modeled after a mountaineer’s backpack, the TransPlate harness evenly distributes weight across the hips and back, reducing strain on the shoulders. Compatible with a 6-pound steel backplate, divers can eliminate or reduce weight pockets. Adjustable straps accommodate various exposure suits, ensuring easy on and off. The modular design allows for customization with a wide range of pockets and accessories. Available in sizes Medium through XXL. Proudly made in the U.S.A.

Stainless Steel XT & XT Lite Backplates:

All Dive Rite backplates are precision laser cut and hand-finished individually to prevent any sharp edges that could damage harness or accessory webbing. The XT backplate is crafted from 11 gauge, low carbon, and rust-resistant 316L grade stainless steel. Weighing 6.5 lbs (2.9kg), stainless steel plates are a popular choice for divers seeking a more balanced distribution of weight. The XT Lite backplate design is a refinement of the original Dive Rite backplates dating back to 1984. The lightweight design now includes updated features and ergonomics for the modern diver. Laser cut from a thin 14 gauge low carbon, rust-resistant 316L stainless steel, the unique shape conforms to the diver’s back while rounded corners prevent discomfort or damage to exposure suits. This version is particularly suitable for women or divers with a shorter torso. The short backplate is 1.5 inches shorter than the standard size, weighing only 2.5 pounds, making it ideal for travel or reducing weight load.
